Advocacy/ Service
Making a Difference in the Lives of Women

Click here to learn more about the International Zonta service projects.

Zonta Club has approved the following two service projects.
1. Villagers for Veterans, Inc.  to raise funds to provide a home for a deserving veteran.  The funds were designated to be used for construction costs for Ashley's House, a temporary home for women veterans transitioning to civilian life.

Last year's donation went to support Ashley's Cottage.  A smaller home in Fruitland Park which is already providing shelter and services to women veterans.

2. Shepherd's Lighthouse
This is a thrift store and home for homeless and /or abused women.
